HidayahONE is a hosted school-management platform (student information system + learning management system) operated by HidayahTech, LLC ("HidayahTech", "we"). These Terms govern your use of the Service once you create an account or place an order.

The service

We provision and host a dedicated HidayahONE instance for your school under a flat-tier subscription (Class, School, Institute, or Campus), sized by student capacity, with an optional one-time white-label branding add-on. We manage the hosting infrastructure; you don't need to run any servers.

Accounts and responsibilities

You're responsible for your account credentials, all activity under your account, and the accuracy of your account and billing information. You're responsible for the data your school enters into its instance, including obtaining any consents needed to store student or guardian data.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful content, attempt to breach the security of the Service or other tenants' instances, or resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend an instance we reasonably believe poses a security or legal risk, and will notify you when we do.

Subscription, billing, and renewal

Subscriptions bill monthly or annually, in advance, at the plan rate shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store your card number. Price changes take effect at your next renewal, with advance notice [PLACEHOLDER — operator to confirm notice period].

Data ownership

Availability and liability
